Australia Immigration Professionals: Refugees Fleeing War in Ukraine Feel Safe in Australia
Ukrainian refugees had so many things to say as they arrived at their new locations, Sydney and Melbourne. They couldn’t hold back from telling their families what their experience was like back in their war-torn country.
Due to the continued encroachment of Russian forces on Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital, countless lives were lost. The situation was so bad that the once-bustling city of Kyiv was almost turned into solitude due to the loss of more than half of its population which fled for safety.
“The sound of sirens, warnings about bombings and the constant need to hide in bomb shelters had become the order of the day in the city,” said Australia Immigration Professionals. Due to these negative experiences, the Ukrainian refugees couldn’t stop talking about how relieved and secure they felt.
Ukrainian Refugees Hopeful about Returning to their Country
Many more Ukrainian refugees attested to the fact that it was a terrible and scary experience remaining in Ukraine. As much as security and safety were needed, leaving Ukraine for Australia was the most challenging decision for most of the refugees to make.
According to Australia Immigration Professionals, the refugees felt secure arriving in Australia. At the same time, they were hopeful that the situation will be resolved in no time so that they could return to their beloved homeland.
